GourmetBar - Brisbane

I don't spend much time in jump hill, so when it came to lunch a few weeks ago, a short look at zomato was the only thing it was! valid bar is a cool and chic bar and restaurant under the novotel with friendly staff and a great selection of cocktails. I ordered the signature caesar salat with all circumcisions including prosciutto (jass). Unfortunately, my huh was quite dry and the zeasar dressing tasted a bit like the bottle they buy from the super market. my friends had the epic gourmet burger and the lunch ravioli. Apparently, the ravioli was super, like the coal bunk on the burger. fried was so good

We discovered this restaurant that is embedded in the novotel on zomato. the atmosphere was warm and yet modern. I ordered the epic gourmetbar wagyu burger as recommended by our waiting staff. my friends ordered the caesar salat and truffle and ricotta ravioli. my epic burger would have earned this adjectiv if the patty was properly cooked. Unfortunately, the patty was so overcooked that it was hard to eat the burger without drowning him in the sauce. the handmade carbon roll was different from fresh and soft, the Serrano ham and the Gruyer cheese added an interesting taste profile, the sweet of relishing through these strong aromas and the chips were really fantastic. Have chased a beautiful family dinner here. great atmosphere and service! had the philly steak sandwich and oh man it was good! can not wait to eat it again.

Quirky interieur with great food and customer service. I was uncertain that it was part of a hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised I would go back and need to dine here to try for burger deal!
