Delivery driver was 15 mins late arrive with cold ruined meal and wrong drink call store prior to his arrival was told he a drop off on the wY but they were worried said they call him and hung up on me never called back and didn’t answer there phone after that meal was cold wrong drink supplied but I’m glad his passenger was having fun distracting him from his work. A job is not a game, people work hard for there money and if I wanted to throw away $30 or burn it I’d have had more fun than the rubbished they eventually delivered Thanks also to the store that declined my last 5 calls in an attempt to get the drink changed to what I ordered and resolve the problem with the meal I guess I stuck with it as it stands

Service is terrible. Got a home delivery last week, no drinks, no one phoned me back, no one seems to care! Just the worst!

I ordered a family box and extras and got home to realise i had been given the wrong order. When I called the store I spoke to Steven who right away knew why I was calling and offered for his staff to deliver me my correct meal and keep the incorrect one. Steven was so helpful and fixed the problem very quickly. The best customer service I have received from any fast food chain. Thank you Steven! And the gentleman who delivered the right order to my house was also lovely.

Appalling service tried to charge me for upsized when I only wanted regular then didnt give me what I'd ordered. Not happy pick up the game guys and learn to relay orders properly to people who didnt take them in the first place

First time eating red rooster since Christmas Eve when I was given bricks to eat. It’s even worse this time, sort your **** out and learn basic food skills! Holding times, correct temperatures etc. so pissed off.
