It would be best if this restaurant closed its doors. With the current global pandemic, the food they serve may not be safe for consumption.
The food at this restaurant is prepared blandly and is one of the worst dining establishments in town. It is disappointing that such substandard and unpleasant places exist that lower the standards of customer satisfaction. The food is not only tasteless but also unhealthy due to being extremely oily. I strongly detest this place and firmly advise all of you to avoid eating here. It is a waste of money.
Coming from the U.K. We LOVE curry and have struggled to find comparable in oz we've lived here, Sydney and Perth. Although not the same as the U.K. this is GOOD. There is an authentic Indian flavor and the lamb is always tender. We love hot so tend to go for madras and vindaloo not as hot as you'd think there is a definite spice kick but also flavour. They cook the naans to order. Overall for the price highly recommend.
Spending $10 is not worth the food poisoning I endured in the past 24 hours. I suggest paying a little more and dining elsewhere. I ordered the chicken vindaloo and have been feeling ill ever since.
Every time my partner and I have been to this store something has been stuffed up and the attitude from staff has been absolutely terrible! The first time I asked for a vegetable korma and I didn't realise when I got home it was chicken korma. I'm vegetarian and it sucked but I thought it was possibly just a miscommunication. I went back two weeks later and when I was there I mentioned it in passing and the girl gave me attitude and just said I should've come back sooner. They did not offer any refunds or apologise at all. The second time we got naan bread that tasted like flour and did not have enough garlic at all and the butter chicken was bland for my partner. And the third time (hence this review) I asked for curry and rice and as she was filling it up with just curry so I stopped her and said I would like rice too and isn't it half and half. She replied in a very sarcastic and patronising manner that she had asked me that to begin with. I got very undercooked chick peas and potato in my chickpea curry, the taste is below average and we asked for 3 pakoras and got 2, but we're charged for 3. It's just not good enough and not worth the trouble of going again.
