My Thai Kitchen - Brisbane

We had intended to dine in but opted for a quick take away.After no time at all the staff delivered our order to my car.The vegetable tofu stir fry with cashews was flavoursome and yum withlots of toasted cashews and a great sauce.

We have been getting our takeaway from here for over a year now and love it. Some Saturday nights we order and eat at the tables at My Thai Kitchen.Have a few favourite meals: satay tofu for entree, massaman curry, pad thai.... but basically your can't go wrong the food is all great.They are happy to adapt meals if they can to cater for vegetarians and vegansFabulous staff

This little gem was recommended to us for a quick evening meal before a long drive home. Very casual, but obviously popular with locals at the shopping area and was a real buzz for us. Well staffed, and food is served in take-away containers, but you have the option to eat in and use the plastic bowls and plates, metal or wooden cutlery, along with complimentary carafes of water. We had Chicken Laab (sensational), Penang Beef & rice. The food was comparable to any Thai restaurant we have visited, and I would go as far as to say that it exceeds the others on taste! What we didn't eat, we took home in the containers .... just superb! They also run cooking classes, if we lived closer we would certainly join in!

Got a few takeaway Laksa's from here and they were awful. I have bought from My Thai Kitchen in the past and its generally been good but we were extremely disappointed with our latest meals. The vegetarian laksa had a few beans and zucchini, no tofu or other veg. I couldn't finish the laksa as too salty. It seemed like extra paste was added in error for the quantity of coconut milk. Won't buy a laksa from here ever again.

What a great find! It's a small and simple place in the shopping centre with your food prepared in an open kitchen where you can see everything is made fresh. I had the chicken panang curry with extra veggies and it was delicious. Will definitely go back again when in town.
