I was in the New Farm area exploring and got hungry during lunchtime. I stopped by a food complex and came across this place that offers lunch specials for $10, which includes a variety of Thai dishes and a can of soda. The food reminded me of the Thai Town area in Sydney city and was delicious. I tried the chicken cashew nut with rice for takeout and highly recommend dining in or getting takeout from here.

Hidden gem. However, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and authentic Thai cuisine that awaited me. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
