I have been buying takeaway from this place for a few years, but have found that their customer service to be poor and getting worse. When order take away in person, the wait time has always been at least 20 minutes, even with very few people dining inside. This is excessive time considering I only order Sashimi and 2 x sushi rolls. It seems they have a big shortage on staff which has always been this way. The food is average, I can't rave about it. You pay for what you get. I have vowed to not go back as the last time I went there to order for takeway, I was told it would take at least 20 minutes - there was only 1 other couple sitting in the place eating. Not for me anymore.

If there's one thing you can count on, it's Sanga Sushi Bar. That is, anytime you're in the mood for some rude customer service, you can count on getting it at Sanga Sushi. ( I eat here roughly once a week). While the food is slightly below average (bearable if you're hungry and limited on choice), I find the rudeness of the staff here quite astounding. My latest experience was extra appalling as it consisted of the wait staff not looking at me once through the entire ordering process. No greeting. No verbal feedback. As I am settling my bill, the wait staff really outdid herself by omitting all words that make up the structure of a sentence and simply said - "Twelve". Again without any eye contact! ( My meal was $12)This place is still operating because of one reason only – the lack of competition in the area. Diners – enter at own risk. Sanga Sushi Bar – If you see this please kindly consider upping your standards.
