Sushi 1 - Brisbane

If no one in their right mind expects to find fresh sushi rolls in the afternoon, then this restaurant proved to be a pleasant surprise for me. The sushi rolls were fast and average in quality, but they were served with a friendly touch, which was nice. Perhaps the gyoza or other meals would be a better option here. I will definitely return to try them sometime.

Hidden Sushi 1 is a cozy little gem that serves up delicious and fresh sushi. The owners put a lot of love into their food, and it shows. While the dining area may not be fancy, the prices are reasonable and the sushi is always fresh. The owners are friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick snack. We are regulars here and highly recommend it. They also offer a variety of drinks and cleaning products.

In Japanese culture, sushi is considered an art form, where the presentation is just as important as the taste. Today, sushi is widely popular and can be found everywhere. For us, sushi is an ideal option for a healthy lunch on the go. Sushi 1 offers freshly made sushi daily, along with other Japanese dishes like katsu curry, teriyaki, and tempura udon. We tried a few different sushi rolls and found them to be average. However, what truly stood out at this restaurant was the warm and friendly service. The staff was enthusiastic about serving us and even offered to make a new sushi roll if we couldn't find anything we liked in the selection.

Great great great  a little nook hides Sushi where the owners lovingly make fresh sushi.  Never disappointing and a very pleasant snacky takeaway experience.  Not fine dining but the price is right and the food is fresh and the owners lovely people. We eat from here often and recommend it. どうもありがとう

Guessing no one in their right mind expects spanking fresh sushi rolls mid afternoon right? This proved true of my quick fix here with some average food on the go. But served with some friendly banter so that was nice. Maybe the gyoza or meals are a better option. Let me know guys if you drop in sometime.
