Sweet Willy's - Brisbane

Essence Catering you would imagine is just a regular catering company where you order food, then they deliver and serve it at one of your functions.

Their donuts are nice however it is so frustrating that they do not advertise whether the store will be closing early or even closed for the day which makes it hard to give it a decent review especially when you go out of your way to travel to the store. They need to improve their consistency of their opening hours.

Purchased a voucher for 12 cinnamon doughnuts which required a pre order. Called during their opening hours for several weeks with a message that the phone line was unavailable and eventually that it was not connected. Left several messages on their facebook page and still no response. I am not the only one in this position. Appalling customer service. Not the way to run a business.

I am addicted to these donuts. They are fresh, delicious and light...and gluten free and vegan! Whaaaat! Amazing! Magical. 10/10 would eat a dozen.

Very friendly staff if not a little pushy with the doughnuts. At $3 a pop they are definitely not the bargain of the year! Coffee was slightly sour with a huge head on the flat white. Evidently the doughnuts are the only vegan ones in town, I found them to be rubbery
