Nando's Broadmeadows

My cousin, sister, and I occasionally come here. I ordered the smashed avocado and feta burger who was delicious. the peri peri chips have never disappointed. I would say that their quality of food in this nando is consistent. the only problem was that the table on which we sat was very rocky. it was kind of annoying.

I wish i could do 0 star for this Nandos. Worst customer service and Quality. you can check in the photo. They gave me Supermo Chicken instead of veggie superimo. They didn't apologize even, i was waiting and waiting. Than they gave me the burger in photo. Petty wasn't cooked, chips were overly salted. I am pregnant so i was really worried. Worst Nandos experience ever! There was no timing in the kitchen for our meals to come out at the same time, one of us had to wait at least ten minutes for our meal to come out while the others had and almost finished their food , on top of that the burger came tough from sitting at the kitchen while the chips were being cooked. The staff were not apologetic what so ever and treated the situation as if it was a normal way of service!

Worst Nandos ever....Is the one at broadmeadows, No service, no food presentation all burned no sauces plates water glasses.... uncleaned tables...Waste of money

It was very busy so that might explain the poor service at this store. We asked for extra extra peri peri salt, there was barely anything which was okay... But when we asked for more and they never bought it out. We didn't even bother getting up to get more. Other than that the food was good and came out fast!
