Contribuisci feedbackOne employee was licking their fingers several times touching items as he was preparing himself a sandwich of sort heating it in the oven. I called customer service and they “ we are so sorry for the inconvenience “.It’s not inconvenient- it’s disgusting and unsanitary! I will not go back.
I’ve been here many times but they always take a very very long time (15-20minutes) both drive thru and inside for anything.
I when by around 1:40 pm it was a nice sunny day so decided to get a cold ice coffee I did a mobile order I when in to pick it up the counters were so dirty and they kept putting food drinks I even saw a hair in a drink it literally take less than 5 seconds to clean the counters all these workers and no one can kept it nice and clean I am never going back again is customers service dealing with food so it needs to be clean
This is hands down the best and friendliest Starbucks ever! They are my absolute fav! EVERY single employee is friendly and welcoming! They make THE BEST drinks, no matter who is the barista that day! They run like a well oiled machine, working hard to keep the lines down everyday! I commend this team on being so remarkable!! The manager is fantastic and always jumps in to help; you can usually hear her thanking her team and sending praises to them for their hard work! 17th Broadview Starbucks is the BEST! Thank you all!
There wasn't many places to sit within this coffee shop? Weird? For the furniture that was there in the coffee shop.... it was very uncomfortable. Also sunny day at 62 degrees patio had nothing to sit on....again very weird. Sad as my friend I were looking forward to a nice stay. We did not experience that. Also I'm a long time gold card member. What a disappointment. Coffee was up to Starbucks standard however.Parking: Parking was a paved spot outside...not many spaces. Difficult.....
