Lulu is so sweet! This place is great. Open year-round. 15 degrees out? Get the best snow cone in Tulsa. Family owned and operated. The best part is you can go in and order if you want or just send a text. This is the way. Great loyalty program. I cannot say enough great things about Ink's. I recommend this place to everyone.
