Moe's Southwest Grill - BRONX

I work at the shopping center and usually eat here once a week, but that will not be happening again. They've recently hired new female staff members, and their attitudes are quite disappointing. When they try to interact with male customers, they often pretend not to speak English, but then they switch back to Spanish right after. I've noticed that two employees, both in similar positions, are treated differently—one is African-American and faces more accusations than the Hispanic staff member. I've heard that this has been happening frequently lately, especially among the newer employees who have been on the job for less than six months. The food is decent, but it's just not worth the stress that comes with it.

Great snack at the restaurant: chips and guacamole! It came with some red and green salsa. The chips were warm, and the guacamole was exquisite and freshly made. All for just $5!

The order experience at this restaurant can be hit or miss. There have been times when they forgot items or added the wrong ingredients. However, I continue to order from here because it’s the closest option to Moe’s, and when they get it right, the food is always fresh and tasty. If you haven’t tried it yet, they offer stacks similar to Taco Bell's Crunchwrap, and they are incredibly delicious. I appreciate the variety of options available, including steak, pork, chicken, and veggie choices. Another favorite of mine is the queso, which is simply delightful! Their tortilla chips are also great—always fresh and never stale. I haven't visited this location in person yet; we usually use DoorDash or Grubhub for delivery. However, I know it's situated in the food court at Bay Plaza Mall, so I assume there are plenty of seating areas and a clean environment.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION. They use doordash and both times my order was either missing something or so late the food was cold. Both times I contacted them about it and I got a general response email and then nothing.

Delicious. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend over places like chipotle
