Pizza Hut - BRONX

I went to Pizza Hat with my fiancée at 601 Westchester Ave. We had trouble placing our order through the app, which informed us that our order would be ready in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that estimate turned out to be inaccurate. We ended up waiting for 1 hour and 37 minutes for our food. The staff was friendly, but the wait time was simply too long, and the app's estimate was misleading.

Worse place to demand delivery. I called at 12:43 clock the lady on the phone was so nice. my food arrived. I called at 2:20 a.m., they said my food was still there, they don't know why, but there's another driver going to call. it's now at 15 o'clock and it's not here yet. I promised my sohn pizza, and he'll get it. here am I papa john’s?

The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It took over an hour just to process my order, and then there were no drivers available for delivery. I ended up waiting two hours for my food. Honestly, I could have easily driven to New Jersey, picked up a pizza, and it would have been hot and more delicious than what I received.

This is the cleanest and most organized restaurant I've ever visited. The pizzas are served quickly and are fresh, with a variety of delicious options. The side dishes are also outstanding. I'm very satisfied with everything!
