Lose a star on service because they often shut down and only drive thru, or close them all together. seating area is good, clean, floor covering window so well illuminated. wish they had more space, so they could have more sitting opportunities with more cozy or more comfortable seating.
It is strange says open until 9:30, but they will close the load to in business people to 7 8 often. So I'd call to make sure they're open. bad slow customer service in general.
Unfortunately not professional, not polite, no friendliness and much more rude behaviors. hopefully, the management will be replaced by the one we like as before.
This load was good before the new manager came and ruined it. also, many of the times that this store is literally never open for customers, especially for those who have placed orders via the app for storage collection. so if they wanted to pick up a job, they can't get their coffee unless they have a car for a ride through. you should knock on the door. 1/5 stars light.
Girl who’s tending the register now has an attitude for no reason. Asked for a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra frappe roast and she was too busy on her phone getting my order wrong charging me for a grande caramel ribbon Crunch with French vanilla and hazelnut (tf is that) and then getting annoyed with her resting B face for me correcting her. Stay off your phone hun. There are literally no customers aside from me and two other people waiting for her to not even hear me or pay attention. ???????? at the prices going up during the holidays for no reason because it slows down the business, ensure you’re putting effort into my order being correct in the system please miss ma’am. That’s you go giving your staff more work and wasting products having to remake it in the case Yha get a rush.
