The new location is nice and they had the expected no response that I’ve heard from others. They don’t answer the phone or respond to email till a few days before your party and then Hippo Hop is very responsive. I knew siblings would be coming to the party but I had people tell me pre-party they were going to pay for them so I mentioned that to the party host well I guess it didn’t get back to the cashier (but I also feel like people told me they paid for the siblings so now I wondering if we were double charged? and they put everyone on our party tab. Made the party more than I expected. I ralso felt pressure to tip a lot and felt like I over tipped (which is on me . Just feeling some questions over the financial side.
This was my first time taking my boys and it was so much fun! We spent a few hours playing, had lunch and played some more. The staff was pleasant and the manager—Amanda was kind and helpful! We will definitely be visiting again.
First time there seemed alright, a little confusion online if you are attending a birthday party if you have to buy a ticket. Which was not made clear once I arrived. The most of the workers you could tell didn't really want to be there, so they kinda made you feel the same. The party coordinators were welcoming and fun to interact with. I hope it's better for others.
We had my daughter's 5th birthday party here. It was a very last minute decision the weather didn't cooperate for our planned outdoor event. Everyone was so helpful, and my daughter and her friends had a great time.
