This is a Herbalife business. Herbalife is an enormous MLM(multi-level marketing scheme) that has spent over a decade with business practices that blur the lines of legality. They now operate with a re-brand, stating they have abandoned old practices but please beware, nothing has changed. These businesses tend to operate as para-pyramid schemes where they recruit people to sell a set of overpriced health products. These people actually have to spend their own money and purchase their inventory in bulk in hopes they can sell it all. Thousands of lives have been ruined by this company and its predatory business practices. A branch like this one operates while concealing the Herbalife brand as much as possible due to the fact that it has a horrible reputation. They pretend to operate as a gym/protein shake bar (they may still serve that purpose to an extent but it is never the primary function) Their hours are advertised as 6-2 M-W, 6-6 T-F and 9-1 S-S. An actual gym of the same size would not be able to survive/be able to keep a decent clientele while only being open 56 hours per week. I highly recommend you do your own research on this company and formulate your own opinion rather than completely trust me and my review. I do not even recommend stepping foot in the business due to the manipulation/exploitation that goes into Herbalife recruiting. I would only trust reviews on this and other platforms that are long and detailed. Herbalife members tend to make short, 5 star comments on platforms that just say something like oh they 're so nice and the shakes are yummy! . This is to give off a false sense of a good, legitimate business. As a resident of the borough of Parkside I am extremely disappointed that Herbalife has infected the borough. I hope this will be short lived and a legitimate business will come in and provide a good service to the best borough in Delaware county.

Amazing shakes teas here. The people are amazing and extremely helpful in my weight loss journey. Free (and fun) classes and personal training is also done here. My favorite shake is the birthday cake, chunky monkey, or banana split! Also for the teas I love an all red or a summer tea. Stop in!!
