I attempted to place a cater order with this location today (12.5.2023 around 3:30pm EST) via the AmericaToGo portal and the menu was being updated so I wasn 't able to. When the call the location, Tiffany (the employee answering the phone) advised that I would need to contact Customer Support at AmericaToGo to see if they would be able to provide a solution for me. After speaking with customer support from AmericaToGo, the solution was simple: Call the restaurant. Give them the order. The restaurant would then create a customized order for me and submit it to AmericaToGo via email. From there, AmericaToGo would be able to upload the order on the portal where I can pay for it. When I tried to explain this to Tiffany, she was confused and handed the phone to her manager. Tiffany 's Manager as she introduced herself, answered the phone extemely rude and dismissive. When I told her I was actually calling back with the solution, she continue to be rude and dismissive and stated we don 't do that! . I don 't know who the owner is of this location, but please reevaluate your staff. They 're ruining your business. I will never be giving this location or this company my business ever again.
Great staff working well under the pressures of the thanksgiving holiday. Staff in parking lot to guide traffic.

Came here at 5:20 got attitude but service. They already dumped the sweet tea. The other lady was doing the trash started handling my bacon. Gross place
I will NEVER visit the Buford Highway location again!!! I ordered a turkey breast last night with a scheduled pickup for 11:00 AM this morning. When I arrive, my order is not ready and I am told that I will need to wait for my turkey breast to be glazed. I'm not understanding why my order wasn't ready but I showed no negative emotion and waited. I get the turkey breast home, only to discover they glazed a FROZEN TURKEY BREAST!!! I was completely beyond angry...waiting to only receive frozen food. I call to inform them the turkey is frozen and I want nothing but a refund. When I get there, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE apologized for not having the order ready at the scheduled time or for selling me a lately-glazed, frozen trukey breast. Needless to say, this ruined the lunch plans I had for today and wasted gas I could have used for a true purpose, not eating gas costs associated with this store's lack of quality control and customer service. I will not ever patronize this location, ever again.
