Little Caesars Pizza - Brooklyn Park

The manager Angel at this location was absolutely wonderful. I had ordered but my order was messed up but I wasn’t able to get up there that day beings tho a friend picked it up for me in the first place. Angel assured me that my next order would be free. I ordered today (2/09/24) and at first the person that answered the phone seemed to not want to take my order. I don’t know if she misunderstood me when I said “I ordered last week but it was messed up so the Manager Angel told me my next order was free”. The young woman said “can you call back later we’re busy”. I’m sorry but I’m hungry now and my kids father is picking it up for me I’m kinda on a schedule but I didn’t say that I just asked to speak to Angel. Of course Angel being the absolute best took my order and put it in queue. Thanks again Angel

No matter how busy, the staff are always polite and patient which is hard to find now days. They will fix your order without any issues if need be.

Too many folks park in the fire lane here. I recommend a tow truck service on call.

I was there last week and saw two Rats running around in the daytime

Never actually got to try any food from this store but after waiting 45 minutes and seeing a rat as big as a football walk around the kitchen while nobody was wearing any gloves I proceeded to demand a refund let's hope the health department shuts this place down!! DO BETTER
