Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

My boyfriend went and picked up lunch at the brooklyn park location and got it home and everything was cold. I called and asked if there was anything they could do about it and the manager was extremely rude telling me there's nothing they can do without a receipt.

A simple drink request gone wrong. Asked for a sprite with little ice. I was given a diet drink with tons of ice. If a customer cannot make small requests without pissing off the employees and with a correct response maybe you should use robot employees instead. Sure hope they didn't spit in my drink.

The most bland chicken I've ever tasted . Has no flavor what's so ever. Soggy bland fries and soggy toast trash . Sauce trash . Chicken trash . Your local grocery store has 100x better chicken . Don't bother unless you have the palate of a 5 year old .

Canes fan, but this place is by far the worst.first and last time we are going here, unless we are starving.(1) The Sweet tea was NOT sweet and looks like some leftover mixed up.(2) Light ice DOES NOT mean no ice.Check number 40332 8:19 PM 1/29/2024

Canes is always solid and the staff is amazing. Sad about the smaller tenders and sauce cup size in the last few years but still tasty.
