My mozzarella sticks weren't even made all the way away. my chicken and cheese sandwiches were thrown together and didn't even give me my recipe as I asked. probably not coming back

Visited at 2:00 o'clock . it took forever to move the line, they seem to work two or three people there, so I don't understand what it took so long, my good ticket expired before I could get into the window to the person who took the command in the food, only seemed to show that this time subpar. if you know and the white lock like I love. this is part of the standard Wihite Castle experience, with the exception of the part of the food subpar. that's a fuke.

We paid for our food through the White Castle app. Which means our food should be ready to just pick up and go. The door was locked and they told us to go through the drive-thru. Why do I have to go through the drive when our food should be ready? The point of ordering through the app is to pick up and go. So we had to wait 40 mins to get food order about an hour ago. If you want White Castle, don’t go to this one. Drive the extra miles. This place is no good.Update:Makes things worse. We get to the window and the young lady has an attitude. And we still had to wait for fries to be ready. I’m still waiting while I’m writing this review. What turned into what suppose to be a 5-10 mins stop turned into a 45 min wait. We should have went to TGIF.

I eat here a lot, but I recently stop because they recently hired a girl who doesn't haveanners and respect. Minis that it now takes too long to get your food ready and the are no one waiting. So, I came and ordered my breakfast and I was the only customer in line. I placed my first order and was in the middle of ordering the second and this girl just cut me off and gave me the wrong g other. I got to the window and I explained to this nice lady at the window what happened and she told me every customer complains about this particular employee. I could here her from the back arguing with the manager, but couldn't come to the window. I think if people are gonna leave their ? to come give a customer attitudes when I'm I'm spending my money to buy what I want to eat, you should just stay home and not even come to work. I literally stopped buying here because of her bad manners and approach. Hope the replace her with someone better.
