Chimu Express - Brooklyn

This restaurant used to be one of my top favorite Peruvian restaurants in Bushwick until they changed the owner. I made a delivery and my chicken was not well done and the soup was really bad. Don’t recommend this place at all

Horrible experience with the service. Order our food with the waitress 45minuted went by and our order still wasn’t out and she come back to ask us what we order claiming to go check in the back when i fact I see her go and place the Oder again we had been waiting for 45 minutes. Went to go talk to manager all he said is let me check. We walk away. Stay away such and incompetent waitress. Who wait 45 minutes to check if they had put the order in and didn’t even bother to apologize tried to hide it. Ugh never coming back. Stay away !!!

The food is constantly fresh and delicious, the sangria is amazing and the staff is super friendly. I've been coming here for years, I hope they never close!

Chimu is SO good! The staff is friendly and food is delicious. My friend comes here everytime she is in NYC.
