Deli 52 - Brooklyn

I ordered two burgers from this restaurant and both of them were undercooked, even though I asked for one well-done and one medium. They said I had to return to pick up the replacements because they wouldn't deliver them. I won't be ordering burgers from here again; they can't even cook a well-done burger properly. Oh dear!

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, however, the service was extremely disappointing. I attempted to place an order online but received an email saying it was not approved and to call in. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach someone, I finally got through to a staff member who rushed me to place a new order and abruptly ended the call before I could finish speaking. I placed a new order and when I tried calling to confirm, the person who answered rudely hung up on me when I asked for verification.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I ordered a burger yesterday and received this subpar, unacceptable meal. The owner and manager should be embarrassed for allowing this to happen. When I brought up the issue to the manager, they stated that they do not check the food before sending it out. I will not be returning to this establishment for my meals in the future.

I ordered sesame chicken but received plain chicken instead.

Excellent experience exceeded expectations! Corned beef, grilled chicken sides were to perfection generously portioned. Kiosks worked well staff was professional, friendly helpful.
