Harlem Shake - Brooklyn

The burgers were average and lacked flavor. I'm not sure if they were meant to be served plain or if mustard was simply not an option at this burger place (please release the dogs!). I lean towards the former. The burger itself was tasteless and quite uninspired. Mustard would have really made a difference. I’ve never understood the appeal of this burger joint. If I had known what to expect before ordering, I would have chosen a different place. They were barely warm and seemed carelessly prepared. The peanut butter shake was also flavorless. Overall, on the "blah" scale, I’d give this place a solid three out of five "blahs."

Wow, this is a wonderful place! we came on a Friday night and expect us to wait. fortunate we have a table without waiting time. the personal was good and knowledgeable and was pleased to offer suggestions if we could not decide what we wanted. the burger was delicious. juicy and filled with taste. the trüffelfries were sooo good. I was very impressed. we also ordered the chicken and 2 milkshakes. the milkshakes were the perfect thick and our food came out quite quickly. we also liked that it coloring pages and beautiful decoration in restaurant. very recommended to check it!

Although we only had milkshakes, the 5 stars is for the staff. Very friendly young ladies, greeted us with a smile and had our order ready in no time. The red velvet shake was delicious. I love the retro decor, it's what grabbed me to stop in. I'll be sure to dine in next time and order more off the menu.

Go to smash burger place when I'm drinking along 5th Ave. Love the burger, mixed feelings on the jerk fries, but that may be a personal thing tasted more like cinnamon than jerk spice. The staffs always super quick to say hello and dig the diner vibes.Vegetarian options: Veggies burger

I’m not sure what’s been happening recently, but my last two orders have been completely wrong. They don’t respect substitutions or take allergies seriously. In my first order, they even forgot to include my shake, which was one of the main reasons I chose to order from them. Both times, if we hadn’t checked our orders, we could have ended up getting really sick. We called the Park Slope location to inform the staff about the issues, but they insisted they hadn’t made any mistakes and refused to correct the order or send a replacement meal, leaving us without dinner. The customer service is really lacking for such an expensive meal! We spent $50 for two burgers, fries, and a shake. It’s disappointing because I used to really love this place.
