Maison Premiere - Brooklyn

A few weeks ago, my partner and I visited Maison Premiere and had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and personable. We had to wait a little bit, but it wasn't too bad. We sat at the bar and watched the bartenders work their magic. They were having a great time chatting and even made me a custom drink based on a specific combination I had in mind. We tried some oysters and various garnishes and absolutely loved them! The bar area was cozy, but there is also restaurant seating in the back room and a beautiful terrace. It felt like we were in a bar in the French quarter! I absolutely loved this restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone in the Williamsburg area!

I am thrilled that Maison Premiere has reopened! The drinks are fantastic, the oysters are delicious, and the staff is friendly and gives great recommendations (and has patience with my many questions about the different drinks.) The cocktail selection is excellent - you can't go wrong with any choice. And did I mention the gorgeous outdoor terrace? Definitely worth the trip from the Upper West Side.

Maison Premiere is a unique and exceptional restaurant that excels in service, atmosphere, and quality. The cocktails are inventive, intricate, and artfully garnished, while the raw bar provides a wide variety of delectable choices. If you have not had the chance to experience Maison Premiere yet, make sure to mark it on your calendar - it is truly worth it.

After this device closed their doors for over 1 year because of the pandemic, my friend I was eager to be welcome for our fourth time. of course we have ordered the choice of the chef of oysters, followed by some garnels (they were fresh he had the drowning and I stayed with gin cocktails. the barkeepers even helped to get our next drinker and find out what we did best in the first. the atmosphere brings it back to the 20s, the dim lit interior naturally the classic instrumental music. we had a ball and can't wait to come back. fyi follow the CDC guidelines that check vaccination cards, so make sure they are vaccinated

Maison Premier is a stylish oyster house that has a largest selection of premium absinthes in the city that is also inspired by old-world in New Orleans. Great verities of East and West coast oysters and warm hospitality.
