It's recommended to go with someone familiar with the culture and food. The desserts are especially delicious, I couldn't resist eating them. The overall condition of the restaurant is okay, as there was no heat and it was cold outside. Cleanliness is a bit of a concern in the dining area, but the cooking area and food preparation are clean and well-maintained.
I absolutely adore the food at this restaurant and visit frequently. The Halim, biryani, samosa chat, and everything else I've tried tastes delicious and is not overly spicy. A standout item is the incredibly flavorful Kashmiri tea - a must-try! Despite a recent price increase on some items, the overall prices are still very reasonable. It's important to double check with the staff as the prices displayed on the TV may not be accurate. I have attached a picture showing some of the price changes posted inside the store. Highly recommended! 100% Halal.
The food at this restaurant is delicious! The service is friendly, but unfortunately we were overcharged. I suspect it may have been because we were not Middle Eastern. We paid $31 for biryani rice (without chicken, but including meat), curry chicken and daal, which should have totaled $23. It seemed like the server assumed we were wealthy Westerners who were unfamiliar with Pakistani cuisine. I would recommend trying the restaurant next door, as others have suggested.
Good food but not a decent place to sit and have meal. More like takeout place.Food: 4/5
Pakiza? Really don't go there; waste of time ñ they don't know what they doing. Better take some cooking classes.Food: 1/5
