Papa John's Pizza - Brooklyn

The food was decent overall, but we requested a crispy pizza and it didn't come out that way. As a result, my granddaughter had to toast it in the oven to achieve the desired level of crispiness.

Great costume service, order was ready in 15 minutes, just as I was told... Keep it!

It's what you expect from a Papa John's, it was fast they were polite always a good place to get pizza

Ordered pizza well done. Pizza isn?t even cooked fully and you can see the cheese isn?t even fully melted and crust is still for in a part asked for a refund but with it I?d rather drive to a carry out only and eat it in my car instead of ordering delivery here when the pizza place can?t even cook a pizza

I would like to make it clear that my rating is based solely on my experience with delivery and nothing else. This restaurant always performs well; however, I was uncomfortable when the driver leered at me from his car because I could not tip my usual 20% due to company restrictions. I understand that drivers cannot accept bills over $50 and that the delivery fee is meant to compensate for no tip. Despite this, I was made to feel uneasy by the driver for the $3 tip I was able to give within the limitations. As a result, I have decided not to order from this establishment or any other Papa John's, as similar incidents have occurred with other franchises directing me to order from the Brooklyn location even though I am well within the delivery range. I have valued our past business, but I must now end it. I urge others not to order delivery unless they are prepared to meet the driver's tipping expectations. I simply wish to be left alone and will no longer require your services. My family will be ordering from elsewhere in the future. Thank you.
