Contribuisci feedbackThis is the perfect spot for me. It has a fantastic atmosphere for both family and friends. I appreciate having a place like this that is welcoming to Muslim customers who may not be interested in going to a bar or club. The staff is incredibly friendly.
All I can say is that this place is worth the hype. Oh, and also that the tea pastries are spectacular. Servers are all friendly attentive. If I could give this tea house 10 stars, I would. ?
I felt a little ripped off after ordering Yemeni tea and realizing it’s $10, and, also after the fact, coming to find out it’s a whole tea pot I am given when it was just myself. I feel the communication from the staff and maybe the menu language could be better adapted to fit the offerings of this otherwise cultural gem of a business which does serve wonderfully authentic and delicious tea and other products, and not leave customers confused or feeling scammed for what they didn’t even realize they ordered (other friends had the same experience as myself . I’d like to come back but definitely with a more mindful approach of what I’d order and maybe with a group of people as opposed to solo.
I really enjoyed the Yemeni tea and the honey pastry. It was quite a treat! Not cheap but worth the try and was worth it.I would totally give this place 5 stars, but i found out that they charge a credit card fee. It is 2023 and this place operate in New York and it a chain, It is not cool they charge that
The pastries are too sweet. The milk tea is on point. The place is clean, but very noisy, plus disorganized. The waiting line is also very narrow.
