Smashburger - Brooklyn

The food was excellent, but the service at the register left much to be desired. I really didn't need to be informed that you were going on your break, especially since you came out from the back while everyone, including you, seemed to ignore me. I had been waiting for five minutes to be served. My husband really needed to eat—I was quite concerned as he wasn't feeling well, and he suddenly had an appetite, which is quite rare for him. I thought a smashburger would offer the right combination of fat and flavor. Your burgers and fries are actually fantastic, much better than any fast food chains. However, I felt hurt and embarrassed by the experience. Had it not been so important to feed my husband, I would have walked out.

I had a delicious Big Schmack with fries. The ambiance was fantastic. I'm really happy that they have a Burger King version of this place.

The food is consistently delicious. It is slightly pricier than other fast food options, but the quality is significantly higher. They've recently renovated this Smashburger, which is why I've included the new pictures.
