Starbucks - Brooklyn

This one is located inside Sheraton hotel, but still has its own entrance. All signature drinks here, You Are Here mugs both in regular and small sizes, friendly personnel. The service is quick and friendly. P.S. Can’t understand those 1-star ratings, what’s wrong?

Alex is an awesome employee! He has excellent customer service. I come to Starbucks just to see his smiling face. It makes my day better and plus he knows exactly what I like and that makes me want to come to this Starbucks only! Keep up the great work. You deserve a raise!

I have nothing but great things to say about this Starbucks! I work in the area so I frequent this location and have never had a bad experience here. Service is prompt, efficient and the drinks are always delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And shout out to my favorite barista, Alex, who always has a smile for me, brightens up my day and has been working hard all during this pandemic!

I recently moved to Brooklyn from California. I've been to 4 different Starbucks and at all 4 them, I received terrible customer service. I was going to give up, all I wanted was a green tea matcha with no water. I finally went to this location. I can honestly say that the customer experience is amazing! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. The place is clean, well kept has a delightful and welcoming staff. The best part is that they haven't messed up my beverage yet! After 3 days of visits, they know my usual drink and my name. 10/10 highly recommended.

This is my favorite Starbucks in downtown Brooklyn. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, remembering my order every time and never fail to greet you with a smile. Great music always. They make it a comfortable and inviting place to sit and enjoy your coffee. I highly recommend!
