I visited this location earlier today to get an Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai drink. I decided to try it cold because the hot version of the drink is delicious. While I enjoyed my drink I wasn't too pleased with the customer service. I understand that most Starbucks are busy but when I walked into the restaurant I wasn't acknowledged. I stood at the counter for a while before I was able to place my order. There wasn't much people inside the establishment. Hopefully I'll have a different experience the next time I visit this location.
