I pointed out the poster behind the cash register during the order. the answer was just rude. repeatedly said she can't hear me. While I pointed out to the poster, she did not even try to confirm that I was interested in the product that was published behind her. I wanted to relax. the experience made me even worse! (follow up after owner’s response)I don’t think the service I received followed the Starbucks service training. it would be hard to believe that Toducks has no training for frontline service employees. if the training has not been practiced, further proposals are in vain. Feedback: easy to set up. her ton sounded unfriendly and impatient.2 she interrupted my second attempt with more impatient.3 she ended my nonverbal message ignored. I felt like I was in a rough neighboring bodega.
Needed a place to wait for someone and it was really cold and windy out. Headed to this Starbucks and got a delicious coffee.Food: 5/5
Super down to earth staff, very welcoming. ordered thru the App and had my cold brew ready to go at the exact time. love the service here always
I ordered a special Frappuccino and received a regular cream Frappuccino. I even asked prior to picking it up if the ingredients were in it like the white mocha and the attendant said yes. To my dismay it was an overpriced milkshake. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect at this site. I think ill stay away.
This is a pretty good Starbucks! It's in a popular area so I don't know why people are complaining about their drinks taking so long. The Starbucks is somewhat crowded sometimes, but if you're really in a rush I definitely recommend mobile ordering. The people in here are super nice they just normally are understaffed which kind of sucks for Starbucks.
