Variety Coffee Roasters - Brooklyn

The coffee and pastries at this restaurant are amazing. The atmosphere and people are very pleasant.

This coffee roaster coffee house is a great find in Brooklyn. With plenty of tables, outlets for charging devices, friendly staff, and a clean bathroom, it's a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I spent a couple of hours here reading while my wife took a dance class nearby.

The restaurant makes good use of its space, serving good coffee and pastries. I was looking for a heartier breakfast before heading back to Boston, but it seems that the area is more known for bars and Spanish food. A diner would be a nice addition. However, this coffee house is authentic and worth a visit.

I really liked this old cozy cafe. Here you can drink a glass of delicious latte and sit at a laptop at a small table. There was no tea on the menu. Sometimes you want to drink tea with milk. 4 stars. I recommend!

Overall this is a decent space to read a book or get some work/studying done. Plenty of seating, and though the coffee isn't anything truly wild it is solid for the most part if not a little aggressively priced. Staff is nice, and the location is convenient. Not the first place I'd rush to if I were in the area, but overall a good option I'd say.
