Contribuisci feedbackI ordered online, requesting extra meat and to have my sandwich toasted, which was clearly noted on my ticket. When I received my sandwich, I noticed that, despite being charged for extra meat, it only had two pieces. I tried calling the store twice but received no answer. Eventually, I went back to the store where a teenage employee attempted to fix my order; however, it still wasn't toasted and was served cold. Essentially, this location messed up my online order twice. I didn't have any more time to waste on a $10 sandwich, so I decided to leave. This store really needs properly trained staff who can make a basic sandwich.
I hadn't had a Subway footlong in over a year, but on a whim, I decided to order one from the Brookston Subway. It was the perfect sandwich with generous portions of all the toppings I requested, and I had a fantastic experience overall. I'll definitely be returning!
The service is efficient and prompt, but the amount of meat on the sandwiches is disappointingly small, especially for the high prices.
I always try try to use coupons when available so to my disappointment coupon wasn't good for the sandwich I wanted, the difference was only 69 cents and still would not honor it, no complaints on the food or anything else just that, I'm on disability so I thought it would be a small treat as I have limited funds, very disappointed as only had enough for the coupon price. Didn't get a sandwich today.
It took over a half an hour to get 2 subs made up. The wait person was there by herself.
