Chop Block Grill - Brooksville

First time visiting. Decor on the modern side, very nice. Staff was great. House wine was fabulous. Coconut shrimp appetizer is a must try. The Caesar salad was one of the best I have had in a long time. The kitchen was swamped and the wait for the main course was LONG. But the food was extremely good. Gave both of us an extra glass of wine due to the long wait. Our dishes, Porterhouse Chop and Salmon were absolutely fabulous.

Had an awesome dinner tonight and this has instantly jumped to the top of the list of our favorite local places. Our waitress, Jennifer, was very engaging and did a great job. Will definitely be back!

Best food and service we have experienced in Hernando County. Was a little dubious when I arrived as it is in a strip mall and the exterior is less than welcoming, but, once inside the welcome and service was superb. We had the lovely Chanel looking after us and she was brilliant. bubbly, fun and very knowledgeable. Food was excellent. nothing to fault (save maybe need an espresso machine!! . Well done guys, we will be back.

My man and I had dinner here for date night. he had ribeye and I had garnelen alfredo. the portions I gave them are very generous and that was delicious. this is our first time we come here and we will definitely come back. the server was on everything and our eating came very fast and quite a lot brought us with appetizer drinks and dinner and everything in less than an hour.
