NOTHING HAS CHANGED IF YOU GO BACK ON COMPLAINTS A YEAR AGO.still disrespectful staff,bad food,slow service,lack, communication and a Manger not doing their job. Slushy machine has been down for weeks maybe months. The ice machine at the fountain drink is not working. You're associates coming around, wiping with tables with strong smelling cleaners. Maybe your customers would spend more money if the food and service better. We were just enjoying some cool a c nothinconvenience seeing or in anybody's way. We are Dq rewards holders. And you're not going to have a very good review. It also cost you a complaint up to the corporate office.

I was wrongfully accused of filing complaints. I had made one concern regarding the of time to take to get the flushing machine. So the other day I reported that the associate was touching my food. The manager lost all control. The employee went completely off the chain because I asked her to make the other one and leave a the first 1 to insure it didn't come back,until such time replacement came . Now I have a speech impairment at this time. And while trying to get the words out. Verbally abused and consistently interrupted by the staff and the manager. Verbally abused and wrongfully accused. I encouraged that napkins be wrap around to prevent the problem. And this is something that a thirty six year old manager could not figure out. Nor was she diligent enough to take preventative for the health of the customers. These individuals are handling people's food people's money and touching everything. And then you put your hands onto someone's food that goes into their mouth. Manager didn't feel it necessary to take additional precautions for the safety and health concerns of the customers. eat at your own risk. But code enforcement has given the same advice. I guess that this customer was right after all.

When you toleralate rude and disrespectful employees so do your customers. Tells them owner does not cares. If you're employees are going to lie on your customers. Time and date for your video to be pulled. Time to put their statements to the test of tech.. Rude service. Kids hired have Lil patience for disable. Despite whatever a customer does remember you're on the payroll. Mgr doesn't have it together here. No customer focus. Food: 1
