Papa John's Pizza - Brooksville

This is the absolute worst pizza joint in Brooksville. Every single time I have ordered in the last six months, they have either 1) not done the order at all, 2) gave me something I didn't order, or 3) made up a fake driver story when they failed todeliver to my son's school for his 16th birthday. Sadly, they didn't call to let me know either so I had a bunch of teenagerswaiting on lunch who ended up with nothing due to the window of time and the no notification from Papa John's. Their femaleManager took all three of those orders. I can't remember her name but she was unapologetic every time. When I questioned her,she just ignored me or walked away pretending I wasn't there. I have six kids and pizza is our go to on busy nights andbirthdays are important! I need a more reliable, honest company in my corner.

Ordered a large pizza on September 19th for 24.09 they double charged my credit card so I called to talked to the manager Chris first he said he could not pull it up then he said that I ordered two pizzas for two different prices which I did not orderedone large pizza at 5:00 p.m. he said there was two different charges on my credit card that I bought pizzas but all my creditcard statement it says 2409 twice he was very rude and I asked for the corporate number and he told me to look it up

Lied About delivery, then was rude on the phone. Manager refused to replace pizza. Horrible service

It was OK. out of order bathrooms, but the employee s used it. fast service.

Order a medium pepperoni and black olive pizza had 5 slices of pepperoni and maybe one olive sliced on whole pizza dough was tuff and crust gummy. One of the worst pizza in my life. Was at wesley chapel, fl. Order number 660455972On bruce b. Downs today. Tried to email their home office it doesnt work.
