Pizza Hut - Brooksville

This restaurant remains a beloved favorite from my childhood. I absolutely adore the BBQ pizza. The service was excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch the name of the lovely girl with the long hair, but she was incredibly helpful. I regret not getting her name; she truly exemplifies the kind of service any company would be proud to have.

The person who answered the phone was rude and seemed more interested in gossip than in helping customers. The pizza dough was lackluster, the sauce was scant, and the overall taste was bland for a large pizza. I will be ordering from Papa John's right away. The delivery person was very pleasant, but their contact information turned out to be incorrect. It seems that poor service starts at the top.

Every time I visit this Pizza Hut, my food is served quickly and accurately. They've never gotten my order wrong, and every employee is friendly and professional.

Always great service and food is always consistent. Had no problems from this place: we order takeout from this place at least 3 times a month and love it
