Tijuana Flats - Brooksville

We visited the restaurant for the first time last night, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They even treated us to complimentary chips so we could try their hot sauces. Although I don't typically enjoy spicy food, the first two mild sauces were quite delicious. Our meals were brought to our table promptly, and we both ordered the steak, which was tender and perfectly seasoned. Throughout our meal, we noticed that we were offered free beverage refills at least three times, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The manager on duty was fantastic and provided excellent service to all the customers. We visited with a large group, and he was incredibly attentive, along with his team. I’m not sure what his name is, but he has some beautiful tattoos.

This particular meal was not good. $10 for a half dozen chips and a dry quesadilla full of plastic cheese. I've eaten here before and liked it, we even get it to go as a group from work at times, so maybe this was just a random bad luck event. Edit went back and it was good so added a star. Hard to argue with the sauce selection.

Ben and his team were fantastic, especially with their incredible sauce! We hosted an event at the restaurant, and they were very attentive to both our needs and those of our guests. We look forward to having more events there in the future!
