Four Ways Takeaway - Brough

Awful experience, every time we order they forget something despite having paid for it. When I pointed it out to them on the most recent absence of ordered items I was accused of trying to obtain a free meal happy to state that I have had one meal reimbursed by them previously and this was only because string was in my pizza which had me choking and the manager admitted responsibility and said it was string from the pizza dough bag. Was dealt with this evening by a very curt, dismissive and rude girl on the telephone who’s job it was to relay the managers comments. It’s a real shame because when you get the food you order it is good which is why we’ve continued to try them regularly but the customer service is really dismissive and rude despite the error being there’s.

By far the best takeaway in the region. Gorgeous food (always hot on arrival and absolutely delicious) great service and most friendly, personable and helpful delivery drivers you could ever hope to meet. Ten stars Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have eaten plenty of kebabs in my time since the 1980s but today the kebabs are not so good.but to my delight four ways takeaway took me back to the eighties good meat fresh salad not dripping in fat and most surprising I wage of lemon bang on Parking: No Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5

Gone downhill. We used to order from Four Ways every 2 weeks religiously as their chicken kebabs are really good. On the last occasion our delivery took 2 hours when we were told it would be 45 minutes and they forgot 2 chips. I tried to call but they take the phone off the hook when they are busy to stop more orders which meant I had to drive over to ask where my food was only to be told it had just left. On previous orders we have had missing items like sauces, drinks, chips etc to the point that when I used to order for collection I would unpack it all on the counter to check before leaving. 3 times I did this in the shop and each time there were missing items. Had enough now, I'll try somewhere else for our fortnightly treat.
