Mcdonald's - Brownsville

I really enjoy this McDonald's. The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly.

Busy people but still good service. Food and tea great as usual

I used the drive-thru service and the staff member who gave me my food was extremely rude when I requested to order a frappe. They abruptly closed the window and walked away, completely ignoring me.

Either fix intercom or staff that can hear at the intercom Drive-thru we repeated our order 5X's and we asked for it to be repeated and kept getting it wrong. Geez I just can't figure that out. Was agitated with the service and yet after repeating they forget to our condiments I asked for Buffalo sauce after she repeated it. And still forgot. OMG!

The location claims to be open 24/7 but it really isn't. I arrived at 12:27 and everything was already closed and dark. Please update your hours on Google Maps so that people are not misled. Quite a long way to travel for nothing!
