Mcdonald's - Brownsville

Very professional team . I ordered a double qp no ketchup , when I get home I find out it had ketchup. Not worth the trip to return .

You guys need to close down for training because your employees are not well trained and have horrible customer service

This place has the worse service ever in the morning! They always get my order wrong or forget something! It never fails. And they are soooo slow!

Went inside because l hate drive trus but they still messed up my order.... Fast svs though
