Subway - Brownsville

I enjoy getting salads at Subway because they typically chop and mix the ingredients in a large bowl before serving them. However, during my recent visit, that didn’t happen. When I reminded the staff to chop and mix the salad, the employee told me that the owner had instructed them not to do that anymore. I was quite frustrated, knowing I would have trouble eating the salad without it being mixed properly. I then requested a second bowl, thinking I could divide the salad between the two, but the manager refused to provide any extra bowls. As a result, I ended up paying $7.04 for a salad I didn’t want, which ultimately went uneaten and ended up in the trash before I left the restaurant. It’s essential to inform customers of changes to services they’re accustomed to prior to preparing their orders. There should have been clear signage or the young man should have communicated the change before making my salad to ensure it was what I wanted.

Where's the steak? I'm really disappointed with my order; both subs had barely any meat in them. It's such a letdown! I stopped coming here six months ago for this exact reason, and now it seems like their service has only declined further. I won’t be coming back. I recommend avoiding orders through the app so they don't get away with this.

I really appreciate the variety of sandwiches they offer! They're always fresh and delicious. However, I gave it 3 stars because during my last visit, I noticed a worker with long hair hanging over the vegetables. It was quite off-putting! I was relieved she wasn't making my sandwich, as I'm sure a hair must have fallen in. Employees are supposed to keep their hair tied back and covered with a hairnet. Aside from that issue, the food is good overall.

Subway is my favorite restaurant since I was small, and will always be. It's really healthy an worth it, If on a diet.????????????

Awesome as always I love the watermelon cucumber water and the subs too.
