Wingstop - Brownsville

This Wingstop on SouthMost is not living up to the standards of the franchise. I ordered two combo meals, and both had barely any sauce on them. Some pieces of chicken were completely uncovered. To make things worse, this was a pickup order, and when we got home, we realized that only half of our wings were in the bag. We had to go back to pick up the missing half, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. For the sake of the franchise, I hope they send someone to retrain the staff. We won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible service! They take too long to deliver your order, there's never any ice available, and the soda machine is broken. The temperature inside is really uncomfortable too. Overall, a dreadful experience.

My experience in this restaurant was great! The service and food were great. Clean store and polite cashiers. My order was exactly how I ordered it, accurate. Overall very satisfied with my order and the service here.
