Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brownwood

Quite literally the worst experience ive ever had, i pulled up 5 minutes after they opened, waited for 6 minutes at the speaker until i called to see if they were open. the lady who answered the phone was very aggressive and just told me to come inside since they dont have their headset on. i told her i cant due to having my dog with me then she proceeded to say the exact same thing again but more aggressive. i once again told her i cant and she then hung up. i pulled forward to the window hoping i could just order there instead. sat there for another 4 minutes before leaving. theres plenty of chicken food places in this town that the service i received will make me never go back there.

The food was really good. I tried the blackened chicken sandwich. It is a healthy option. It was very tasty.

Wait forever for food. The order is never right. Asked for mild. Got all spicy. No mashed potatoes ?

Excellent place to eat! Employees were really friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable for what you get. I will be eating there more often.

The service was horrible. The store trash bins were filled and napkins on the floor, but the store was empty. The food was great, but I will go somewhere else if customer service doesn't improve.
