Matinee - Brugge Centrum

The mussels were delicious, fresh, and sweet. The fish menu was excellent, and I loved the decor of the restaurant. The service was fair but overall a good dining experience.

During our trip back from Amsterdam, we stopped in Bruges for lunch. The food at this restaurant was exceptional. I particularly liked the bacon and goat cheese dish.

This restaurant is one of several popular options for tourists looking to try Flemish dishes and enjoy a selection of good Belgian beers (although they only offer Jupiler on tap).

The Matiné restaurant is located by the main canal of Bruges a few meters from the grand place. There you can enjoy an author cuisine with many dishes of Belgian gastronomy. All very rich and an average of 15 20 euros head. I ordered shrimp croquettes and pork loins with red wine sauce, scams and bacon. All this with the famous Belgian fries. The best thing about the restaurant is to relax in the entrance window and enjoy the views of this beautiful city... Beautiful!
