High Test Deli - Bryson City

We have visited this restaurant twice during our travels to British Columbia, and we have been consistently impressed with the quality of the soups and sandwiches. The Cuban sandwich is one item we've ordered each time, and it definitely deserves an A+. It's a fantastic lunch spot!

Very good food. Huge portions of fries and great chili. Nice vibe and great staff.

Tried the Butternut Squash Soup today and OH Boy is it good! Everything is so Delicious there. Bryson City really has a gem with the High Test Deli.

I arrived right as they were opening for the day and decided to try the Diesel half sandwich paired with the Butternut squash soup. It was one of the best takes on a BLT I've ever tasted! The soup was fantastic as well. I returned later to indulge in a Blueberry soft serve with a frozen Lemon white chocolate cookie sandwich, and it was just as amazing. It's easy to see why this place is considered legendary. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Be sure to stop by when you’re in Bryson City—you won’t regret it!

Food is always excellent here. I just wish they had not taken the dip stick sandwich off the menu.
