You have a traditional menu, so if you are looking to eat Romanian at a reasonable price, this is a good place to go. Service was a good speed, but the staff was not very friendly. 10% tip is automatically added to the invoice, so make sure.
Definitely not worth it! We went on January 1st and so much I understand that work on a holiday is not the best, it was the worst service ever. The staff was unfriendly, not brother and quite openly rude. Not to mention the food. Once again I understand that it was a special day, but we ordered two burgers and a salad and we got two old and cold rolls with super thin slices inside and a spread instead of salad. The hellumi Burger was a joke. Thin and almost burned hallumi, no tomatoes or salad. Bad service, even bad food. Yes, it is relatively cheap for the area, but definitely not recommended. Give your money to someone else!
If I could, I would give 5 stars... We ordered pancakes and we have crepes. They added 10 lead in the bill as a blow, and when we asked, they said it's the top we have to pay. Very rude service and terrible experience as a whole. Visit this place.
4/5 stars, live music, outdoor heating, nicely busy, healthy delicious food. I had salmon and vegetables. Friendly excellent English staff. Just below it is a popular roof top bar next to the door with only one entrance through an elevator and the queue is wrapped around the tables.
I arrived to my hotel after my flight around 9pm, dropped my bags and hit Old Town in search of something to eat. I strolled around for maybe half an hour and kept passing Arcade Cafe. It was chilly and drizzly, and I noticed people sitting near heaters with blankets. It looked so cozy that I had to stop. I ordered a vegetarian halloumi burger and a mojito. The burger didn't have any sauce and was kind of dry, so I ate the halloumi and cucumbers and that's it. Not the best. BUT the mojito!! Delicious! I ordered a second one. And it was cozy under the blanket with the music pulsing from the surrounding nightclubs. I loved the vibes. The women at the table next to me ordered a frappe and it looked delicious. NOTE: Tip isn't customary in parts of Europe, but is IS in Romania. I had read from a few online sources that if you tip on a card, often the servers don't see the money. I took out cash to be able to tip my servers during my trip.
