Contribuisci feedbackTried to order online and the nachos are not on the website to order. Tried the app but it kept crashing when I select start your order. Called the store to place my pick up order. Waited on hold for 5 minutes to be told the to go order specialists were busy and to order online. I told the person I tried but I wasnt able to order nachos through the website. She asked me to hold again. I hung up after waiting for another 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.

The service was awesome! Ariana was very attentive, very well cooked food, I loved the BBQ ribs. I would highly recommend it. I just didn’t like the restrooms?
Me and Pratt have been coming to this Chikis for years and now I don't think I will ever eat at this one again. I'm a rewards member there, we have always celebrated things there examples my new job, his new job, that we were expecting usually always our go to spot. I got a gift card from work and wanted to treat us out to a nice family outing on 2/16/2024. We had gotten Marshall the kids cheeseburgers, Pratt had smokehouse platter, and I had a burger. We had a little wait for our food but had our chips and salsa to help. When time to leave I let Mia our waitress who was great know we had a gift card then will pay the remaining balance. She said no problem she would be right back with the check. Brought it to us only $21 left over so that's easy enough! I mean why use a gift card if your just going to get screwed over? So since Mia was running all over Pratt took the receipt to the kiosk where (Dustin) the manager was at with someone else. I watched as Pratt stood there waiting for one of them to even acknowledge him. Finally they did, he came back with confused look on his face. He gave me the receipt which right away I noticed showed an alarming $58.76. He said they told him it will show this but then on my bank account it will show the leftover balance. I was already confused because the amounts didn't add up. So I check my bank account and sure enough the $58 was pending not the left over. So I said nope its not right so he then went over back to them. At this time Mia came over and I explained what the issue was and she said oh no that's not right. She then went over there. What happened was the manager charged us a different tables ticket. So then Mia and him come over to take my card to cancel this transaction and do a charge for correct amount. Ok great so she brings back correct receipt with showing only $21.58 will be charged this time. So I sign we leave night over. Then 2 days later I check and BAMMMM not only did the $58 take out but a $31.58 charged to my account as well. So I call Chilis in Buda and asked for manager. Yesi I believe how it is spelled got on phone with me. I explained the situation she said she found the one for $58 and put in for request for refund for the $68.76 that will take up to 5 -7 buisness days. Great perfect. No not great. Waited the time called since I had not seen anything. She said yes she submitted it that day we talked she and email a request to track it and see where it's at. I said yes, she said she was going to be off then back again on Tuesday this week after 3pm to call back then. Ok I did and guess what, she then tried to say she called me 3 times right after we last talked but couldn't remember what day it was but she tried 3 times no answer. 1st off I would've answered but if I didn't why not leave a voice-mail? So I moved past that and asked what she found out. She said that corporate denied it asking why she (I) wanted more money then I paid for. So I then again asked if she explained to them I was charged twice. She was like you had to receipts that night I said yes like when I first explained it to you. She said well I got the approval for the $58.76 only. I said is that going to take another 5-7 days before I see my refund. She said yes 5-7 days. I said and what about my other money she said I would have to talk to the other manager it's not technically her job then said that I could call corporate. So I asked for their number and she said for me to WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE 5-7 DAYS. Like no I've already waited long enough. So I said no I'm calling them now. She told me I could Google their number. When i said I always eat here but not anymore and that this is ridiculous she only said sorry you felt that way. I'm sorry but if this is how Buda Chili's is I will never recommend it again. To lose a customer due to their mess up. Be careful with when you actually look at what you are paying. The one I saw before the guy gave Pratt the 58 had all correct items of ours on there. Server was friendly and attentive. Order came out missing an ingredient and they fixed it. Then burger was rare or raw, ordered medium. Then drink was way too sweet. Just okay food, nothing special even when it was all fixed it was kind of blah. French fries were delicious. Bright light in face entire meal gave me a headache.
