Marco's Pizza - Buda

They get 1 star because I can’t leave zero. I ordered at 6:30. At 8:30 I called because I had not received my order. It took them 10 minutes to answer the phone. The young lady who answered the phone was rude, told me she was overwhelmed, that they had just decided to stop delivering, and if I had a problem I could “take it up with corporate.” Then she hung up as I was asking for the corporate number and before I could ask if they’d be refunding my credit card. Get your pizza somewhere else. This place is a ripoff.

I'm done,? I have given them a pass many times. All of the toppings were uncooked mad.

This is my first time ordering pizza from Marcos and it has to be the worst experience I ever had. Ordering online was reasonable but then the site gives a promise timer, which is totally useless. It said delivery in 30 minutes not it didn't arrive for another hour and 11 minutes. More importantly the order was completely wrong. I ordered pizza and wings and received a pizza that wasn't even close to what I ordered. It was filled with almost exclusively jalapenos. We couldn't eat it! What's worse is when I tried calling 7 times the phone was finally answered each time and Kimberly would say please hold and just hang up Each Time!

Moved here from Chicago 2 months ago. First time we ordered it was great. 2nd time not so. Guy that took our order lied about not having plates. Normally not a big deal except we had it delivered to the last performance of Grease. Also was poorly cut. Glad the driver had some napkins as that was also a request with the pizza. Normally no biggie for any of this if delivered to my home. I have what I need there up to and including a pizza machete the only positive was it was delivered and a 35%tip was given to the driver. Why should she suffer working around people that don’t have it together. If I order again it’ll be from home. I’d rather drive the 30 minutes to eat at Rosatis in Cedar park. Sad thing was there are a multitude of locals that saw how bad of a situation that were as appalled and didn’t experience it personally.
