It's Boba Time - Buena Park

This was my first time trying Thai milk tea, and it was really delicious and quite unique!

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. About a week ago, I tried a yogurt smoothie (less sweet) and I absolutely loved it, so I returned today to order the same thing. Unfortunately, the flavor was completely different this time; the yogurt flavor was too weak and the drink tasted watered down. When I politely asked the cashier if they could make it with more yogurt flavor, she responded with a confused look and scoffed before turning away from me. Another employee assisted me, but her attitude was far from friendly. Overall, their behavior was rude and made me feel disrespected. I think the manager or owner needs to provide their staff with proper training on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy.

I wish I could give this restaurant a zero rating. I placed my order online 20 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my order wasn't ready. They told me they were still preparing it. To make matters worse, they called out the next ten orders ahead of mine without resolving my issue. I ordered first—how is it possible that orders after mine were being served before me? It's a poorly run business with mediocre boba. If they treated their customers with respect, they might gain repeat business. I don't understand how this is acceptable, especially since I ordered online to bypass the line as advertised. It was a terrible experience, and I won't be spending my money here again when there are so many better options nearby.

Been coming here for few years now and everything seems to get more budget over time. Popcorn chicken use to come with sweet and sour sauce and now it doesn 't. Parmesan french fries smell like 99 cent powder cheese. Even the shaved ice no longer comesas presentational as it use to. Time to look for a new spot in the area.
